How did Lindsey even pass driver's ed?

As if things couldn't get more awesome, yesterday Lindsey Lohan went for a sober drive and managed to hit a baby in a stroller!!
According to RadarOnline: “There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street,” witness Brayan Jaime told RadarOnline.com, in an exclusive interview. “Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn’t super hard, but she made impact and hit them,” Jaime said. “Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going.”
I'm speechless, Lindsey Lohan should kill herself, because apparently she's bad at everything she does. I don't understand her, if you can afford a Maserati, switch it up this year and GET A DRIVER!!! I did a little research and it looks like this will be Lindsey's 8th accident since 2005 to add to her 2 DUI's.
