Diamonds are a girl's best... hair remover

We’ve all had to deal with dull razors — the nicks, the cuts, the need to buy a new one every few months (if not sooner). Apparently, diamond may be the solution to all that trouble.

A German company has developed a tungsten carbide razor that's coated with a film of synthetic, industrial grade diamonds and so far, the results have been successful. They last 1,000 times longer than traditional steel razors and offer an incredibly close shave.

While shaving with diamonds might not seem like the most practical idea at first, if you add up the amount of money you spend on disposable blades over time, a diamond razor that lasts years instead of a week or two might be a great investment (and still less expensive than laser hair removal).
